Annual conference 2012
Registration is now open for the 2012 East of England Stroke Forum Annual Conference to be held on Thursday 15 March 2012 at Rowley Mile Conference Centre, Rowley Mile Racecourse, Newmarket CB8 0TF. The proposed programme is now available.
Register now to take advantage of the early bird registration rate of £65 per person, which closes on 31 January 2012.
Following the successful take up of sponsored places in 2011, it is hoped that the Stroke and Heart networks will provide sponsorship again for the 2012 conference. Please contact your local network for details of their eligibility criteria.
The 2012 conference will again feature a wide choice of sessions across three distinct strands - Acute Medical, Rehab and Commissioning. You will be asked to select your choice of breakout sessions when registering. Please book early as places will be limited for some sessions.
We invite submissions for poster displays at the conference. The deadline for submissions is 5pm on 31 January 2012.
In recognition of the excellent work undertaken by health professionals in the East of England, the forum has instigated its own Excellence in Stroke Care Award Scheme, with the first awards to be presented at the 2012 conference. Find out more: download a nomination form.
